Kapitalistische Moderne und Konflikt
In meiner Arbeit verfolge ich einen Ansatz der empirischen Theorie, bei dem empirische Daten theoretisch gedeutet und Theorien empirisch weiterentwickelt werden. Dabei interessiert mich vor allem die kapitalistische Moderne und ihr Zusammenhang von Sozialstruktur, Kultur und Konflikt. Ich forsche zu den Folgen der Hyperindividualisierung, zum Wandel der Arbeitsbeziehungen, zur Digitalisierung und zum politischen Autoritarismus. Methodisch folge ich einem Mixed-Methods-Ansatz, in dem qualitative Interviews, Dokumentenanalysen, ethnografische Beobachtungen und Surveys kombiniert werden.
