The B cell receptor as disease driver and therapeutic target
Chronic antigen stimulation and pathological antigen receptor configurations impact the development and maintenance of lymphomas and autoimmunity. My research aims identify druggable molecules in the B cell receptor signaling axis, especially in Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL), and to develop cellular or antibody-based approaches to target oncogenic or autoreactive antigen receptors.
