Dr. Polymeris a clinician-scientist in vascular neurology and stroke medicine, with special interest in atrial fibrillation, anticoagulant treatment and intracerebral hemorrhage. He completed his medical studies in Athens, Greece. He obtained his MD and PhD degrees and completed his neurology residency at the University Hospital Basel, Switzerland.
