The project looks into the right to vote from the perspective of equal treatment and non-discrimination under international and Swiss law, and occasionally also under EU law. Given the jubilee in the year 2021, it discusses specifically the right to vote of women in Switzerland and in doing so puts a particular focus on the issue of legal language. Further topics are the right to vote for people with disabilities, Swiss nationals abroad, foreign nationals in Switzerland and young people. The research is done upon invitation of the "Schweizer Juristentag 2021". It will lead to a publication and a presentation.
