"In vitro" Testung des Potentials endokriner Aktivität von Druckfarbstoffen

A total of 20 food ink chemicals will be tested for potential interferences with the activities of several steroid hormone receptors, including estrogen-, androgen-, progesterone-, mineralocorticoid-, and glucocorticoid receptor. Both agonist and antagonist mode will be assessed. The compounds were selected based on in silico predictions using the Virtual Tox-Lab.
