Multifokale Motorische Neuropathie Projekt

This project aims to evaluate a novel antigen-specific treatment for multifocal motor neuropathy, an autoimmune peripheral neuropathy which is mediated by IgM autoantibodies. Several autoantibody-sequestering glycopolymers will be synthesized and evaluated in vitro and in an animal model of the disease.
