PMB-02-18 Translating network modeling to leukemia
Research Project

The aim of this project is to discover how mutational interactions affect the outcome of patients undergoing allogeneic transplants and develop a statistical methodology for the prediction of tumour progression and response to specific therapies. The objective is to combine statistical modelling of mutational interactions and progression networks with an assessment of in vivo treatment response in a pre-clinical animal model versus patients. Ultimately the project aims to inform the design of a genetic-functional assays platform that may lead to more tailored treatment in AML and an improved patient outcome.
